Frequently asked questions
- Who can use Bijou? Bijou is for adults 18 and older on iOS.
- Bijou packs and purchases Consumable bijou packs are sold through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment; refund requests go through Apple.
- AI features Optional AI tools can be turned off in Settings → Privacy.
How to report a problem
For safety issues, use in-app block and report tools on the profile or conversation. For bugs, billing questions, or account help, email support@meetbijou.com with a short description, your device model, iOS version, andBijou app version if you know it. Screenshots help when something looks wrong in the app.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the app: Settings → tap your photo (“Manage account”) → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email support@meetbijou.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to process a deletion request.
